What caught our eye before visiting — from reviews and research, not a stay.
Landlocked Gunma, of all places, is apparently home to a building shaped like a luxury ocean liner reminiscent of a Las Vegas hotel — an odd sight (there's said to be a similar "ship-shaped love hotel in an inland prefecture" genre in Saitama too).
Every room has a mist sauna, and a few rooms (like 223) add a rock-bath sauna machine and a germanium bath.
Maisonette-style rooms with a 52-inch TV, a water server, a humidifying air purifier, and Chromecast.
19 rooms total, 37 parking spaces (no high-roof vehicles; 2 spaces per room except Room 211). 5 minutes by car from Isesaki Station, 5 minutes from the Komagata IC on the Kita-Kanto Expressway.
We haven't been yet, so a star rating is still a ways off.
