The concept: "a new kind of Balian where you can feel nature and enjoy a glamping mood while still in the city." 46 rooms total, across 7 types.
The 1st-floor garden, "Ping Garden," lets you take in a glamping atmosphere while listening to the sound of a crackling fire.
The rooftop "Sky Deck" has a hammock, where you can reportedly relax while taking in the whole view of Kabukicho.
No parking lot (nearby lots are the fallback). A great location — 5 to 7 minutes on foot from Shinjuku-Sanchome, Higashi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku, or Seibu-Shinjuku Station.
We haven't been yet, so a star rating is still a ways off.
