What caught our eye before visiting — from reviews and research, not a stay.
Less a love hotel than a "living space" concept. 8 rooms in all (seven Family Suites, one Family Deluxe — that one limited to a single room).
The Family Suite is a whole 45㎡ floor rented out on its own, sleeping 2 to 8. It comes with a 3-burner IH kitchen, an oven, a microwave, and a drum-type washer-dryer — closer to renting a small house than checking into a room.
Every room also has a 100-inch projector and karaoke, plus a jet bath — the Family Suite's bath adds a shoulder-shower feature on top of that.
Beyond overnight stays, there's a day-use plan for just a few hours, and the space is explicitly pitched for girls'-night and moms'-night gatherings, not just couples. That's the interesting part — a clientele wider than the usual love hotel.
We haven't been yet, so a star rating is still a ways off.

- Official name: HOTEL PASELA LIVING, run by the Pasela Resorts group. 8 rooms total (seven 45㎡ Family Suites, one 25㎡ Family Deluxe — limited to a single room). 2 min on foot from exit A3, or 4 min from exit B2, of Higashi-Shinjuku Station (Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line). No hotel parking lot (a parking cashback service is offered instead).
- The Family Suite sleeps 2 to 8: one queen bed, two bunk beds, and two air mattresses. Every room comes with a 3-burner IH kitchen, an oven, a microwave, a drum-type washer-dryer, a 100-inch projector, karaoke, and a jet bath (with a shoulder-shower feature).
- Besides overnight stays, there's a day-use plan for 1 to 10 people. Check-in is 15:00–24:00, check-out is 10:00. Preschool-age children can share a bed for free.
