About 10 minutes by car from JR Matsumoto Station, or about 20 minutes from the Matsumoto IC on the Nagano Expressway.
Every Wednesday is "FOROOT DAY," with special plans. The official site says little about the facilities, so what's inside is something we still want to find out.
We haven't been yet, so a star rating is still a ways off.
