What caught our eye before visiting — from reviews and research, not a stay.
Room rates split into a whole ladder of classes, from P down to F. The top P-class runs ¥15,000 for 2 hours even on a weekday — a genuinely serious price bracket.
Open-air baths are in the P and S classes; a rock-bath sauna is in the EX class (Room 602) and B class (Room 503); a mist sauna is in the S class (Room 701), C class (Room 501), and D class (Room 401). Every room seems to mix and match its amenities differently — there'd be some fun in choosing.
Weekends and holidays aren't taken over the phone at all — those go through the sister properties (B-SIDE and 3no3) instead. That's an unusual way to run a reservation system.
Large TVs range from 50 to 70 inches, and the upper classes come with a ReFa shower head.
We haven't been yet, so a star rating is still a ways off.
